About Us

At Vigilante Mini Aussies, we have been raising Mini Aussies since February of 2018 and started showing our dogs in October of 2020. We strive to produce dogs that are healthy, meet the breed standard, have stable temperaments and and that will be loving family members.

All of our dogs have fantastic temperaments first and foremost and are good with kids. We feel that an excellent temperament is the most important thing a dog should have. It doesn’t matter how pretty the dog is if it cannot be a good member of society and bring love and happiness to it’s future family.

Next comes health and structure. We believe these two things go hand in hand. A dog with good health and structure can live a long happy life.

Third is good looks. Who doesn’t love a gorgeous dog? We strive to produce dogs that scream “I’m a high quality dog” when people see them. This means beautiful type, gorgeous heads and coats.

We’re very proud of our dogs and the puppies we produce and we want you to be proud of your puppy you get from us!

We’re located 20 miles south of Dallas in Ferris, Tx.

My name is Kaylea and I am at the forefront of our program, selecting quality dogs, caring for them, showing them, and helping our mama dogs care for their puppies.

Over the last few years I have really developed a passion for learning about structure and movement and continually strive to learn more. My goal is to do my best to improve the breed and leave it a little better than I found it.

Ryan is my husband and biggest supporter. From building dog yards, whelping boxes and kennels to helping at dog shows by setting up and helping wrangle dogs between classes. You may even see him handling dogs in the ring if I need help. I couldn’t do this without him!

Dawson is our son and is head of socialization. He takes his job very seriously and will make sure every puppy gets lots of attention and playtime, as well as proves all of our adult dogs have the best temperaments and are wonderful with kids. You can be sure that all our puppies are very used to kids by the time they’re ready to go home thanks to Dawson.
