Health Guarantee

Our puppies come with a 1 year health guarantee against genetic defects such as hip dysplasia, eye defects such as cataracts, heart defects or any other defect that would prevent the puppy from living a happy, comfortable life.

We recommend puppies not be spayed or neutered until after a year old. Spaying or neutering before a year old makes our health guarantee null and void.

Pricing

Pricing for puppies is based on many factors.

Factors include but are not limited to: pedigree, show/breeding quality, conformation, gender, size, markings, coat color, eye color, with or without breeding rights, and genetic testing.

Breeding rights can be purchased on a limited basis to approved buyers at an additional fee only if the puppy is of breeding quality and meets or exceeds breed standards.

All buyers of pet puppies will be issued registration papers after we are provided with proof from your vet that the puppy has been spayed or neutered.

Our prices average between $800.00 – $2,000.00 for pets and are subject to change at any time.

Deposits and Payments

A non refundable deposit of $250 will hold the puppy of your choice until it is 8 weeks old, at which point the remainder of the purchase price is due. If you are picking the puppy up within a few days of it turning 8 weeks old then you may pay the remainder when you pick the puppy up. If we are holding the puppy longer than a few days after it turns 8 weeks old then the remainder of the purchase price is due the day it turns 8 weeks old.

If the puppy you choose is already 8 weeks old, a non refundable deposit of $250 will hold the puppy for 3 days. Pickup is expected to happen ASAP. If the puppy will be staying longer than 3 days after the deposit is made then the remainder of the purchase price is due immediately.

Deposits are non refundable but can be transferred to another available puppy or a puppy from a future litter. If a puppy is not chosen within one year of placing the original deposit then the deposit is forfeited.

If you do not pick up the puppy on the agreed upon date and you do not communicate with us about needing to change the pick up date, the deposit is forfeited immediately, deposit will not be transferred to another puppy or applied to a future puppy. Lack of communication is a big issue and is cause to not do business with you period.

Boarding

If a puppy will be staying with us longer than 8 weeks old then board will charged at $10/day until the puppy is picked up. This is to be paid up front. If the puppy gets picked up sooner than the agreed upon date the difference in board will be refunded.

If the puppy needs it’s next set of shots or another round of worming before being picked up there will be a $20 fee for each set of shots and a $10 fee for each round of worming, due upon pickup.

Pick Up, Shipping and Delivery

For safety reasons we do not allow puppies to be picked up at our home. We will meet you at a public location.

We will meet you up to 2 hours away from us for free on any puppies priced at $1000+. We can meet you further away but will charge extra depending on the distance.

We can deliver puppies if necessary within a 4-5 hour drive from us. Pricing depends on the distance as well as if we can arrange delivery of other puppies along the same route.

We do not deliver puppies ourselves via flight, however, we are only 30 min from the Dallas Lovefield Airport and are more than happy to meet you there with your puppy for free if you need to fly in to pick it up. We will not meet at the DFW Airport.

Wait List

Buyers who wish to place an wait list deposit on a future litter are placed on a waiting list on a first come first choice basis in the order we receive the reservation fee. Advance reservation fee is $100 and non-refundable. Additional $150 is due immediately upon selection of your puppy.

Wait list buyers are given the opportunity to pick their puppy based on the buyer’s initial choice preference (i.e. coat color, gender, sire/dam, eye color, etc.) before the puppies are made available for sale to others. Upon the birth of a chosen litter, wait list buyers will be notified in the order of their placement on the wait list within 2 – 3 weeks of birth and will be provided specifics and pictures of any available puppies within their pre-defined preference.

Wait list buyers are given 48 hours to choose a specific puppy to place the remainder of the holding fee on or choose to wait for the next litter. Once this decision is made, the next buyer on the priority list will be contacted with current availability and provided the same options. The same will apply for others on the priority list. Pre-chosen puppies will be recognized as “Held” on our website.

NOTE: If a response is not received within 48 hours; priority list order and choice option is revoked, you will be moved down the list and the next buyer on the priority list will be contacted accordingly.

How To Pay

Deposits can be paid through Zelle, PayPal, Venmo or CashApp.

Cash is preferred for the remainder of the purchase price upon pickup. If the puppy is not being picked up at 8 weeks old and the remainder of the purchase price needs to be paid electronically then it can be paid the same way as the deposit.
